All sponsoring organisations have the option to sit on the decision-making Oversight Group.

A Network Hub provides administrative support to Business Action for Africa.

Inspiris provides the programme management and adminstrative framework for Business Action for Africa. 

Business Action for Africa is run as a not-for-profit network.  Any surplus funds are retained within the Business Action for Africa account.  Financial and management oversight is provided by a sub-committee of sponsors.  Fee rates for Inspiris are approved by this sub-committee. 

To avoid any potential conflicts of interest, Inspiris does not work on downstream projects developed by Business Action for Africa.
